I ve tried setting window in the launch properties changing startupfullscreen false and the window resolution edits in the ini reinstalling into 3 different hard drives and reverifying the gamecache integrity multiple times. Delete the killingfloor2 folder and see if it boots correctly some setting might have gone awry and i ve had to do that since turning on physx flex is impossible for me and causes the game to auto crash.
